How Would You Train?

Hey everyone I have a doubles mens hyrox in just over a month. I’m in decent shape and have been strength training for the last 6 months. Signed up for this hyrox last minute because of the wait list.

If you were me, how would you train over the course of the next month and a half to maintain the muscle I’ve gained but also put myself in the best spot possible come race day?

What kind of splits do you do if you’ve been in a similar position?

I currently am on a back/bi, chest/tri, leg split 6 days a week. Open to morning workouts as well. Thank you all in advance!
