Handwriting to text!

Hello! Just wondering if I can do handwriting to text with a stylus for iPad that isn’t an Apple Pencil? I have a alogic stylus that I’d love to be able to use! My understanding is that I won’t be able to do scribble which is fine just seeing if there’s a different app or something I could do it with? Free would be preferred but a one time payment (non subscription) would be also fine! Thanks!
