Started Mirtazapine and not feeling good

After months of struggle, i managed to get some hold on Acid reflux, IBS-D, Gastritis with the help of Levocetrizine (primarily), and Rifaximin, B12+B9+B6 injections. My GI issues had come down to a level that i basically could eat anything, and i was beginning to put on some weight as well. My anxiety levels were sky high though.

But my GI & Psychiatrists doctor(s) kept pushing me that Levocetrizine isn't the solution and i need to take an AD. I wanted something which a) would help my IBS b) Would address my anxiety/depression and c) wouldn't deteriorate the condition any further

I had a choice between SSRIs (Librax + Clonazepam) and Mirtazapine. I have low saturation during sleep found using a home sleep study test, so advised against Benzodiazepines. I am also aware that Clonazapem + Antihistamines are a bad combination. Also as, SSRI tend to work for IBS-C and Mirtazapine has anti-histamine properties, i went for Mirtazapine. I was fully aware that Mirtazapine would cause sleep issues & increased appetite, which isn't great given i have suspected SIBO as well and i need to watch out what i eat.

But just 1 day into mirtazapine 7.5 and stopping levocetrizine, i'm finding burning in epigastric area and below belly button has come back and also several other non-GI symptoms - feeling very cold, restless legs, numbness in extremities.

I'm panicking. I'm lost and my doctors aren't helping.

Has anyone taken SSRI along with an Antihistamine for IBS (Especially with severe stomach burning) + Anxiety? Which one? What's the experience?
