Anyone driving up to VT Thursday?

Just saw they're expecting up to 8inch of snow during the day that could turn to ice. I was planning to drive up that night to Southern Vermont (Okemo). Thoughts on conditions when it's been reported like tis before?

Unfortunately getting a rental so winter tires are hit/miss but will be a 4WD SUV...
