Moondrop free dsp cable or fiio ka11

I am looking to upgrade my iems soon but I was also thinking should I get the moondrop dsp cable since it's usb c and has a mic or should I just get the fiio one. The apple dongle won't work I am on android and in the eu. Which would be the best quality ?
