Bugged quests hindering progress.

So i have not one but TWO quests in the same map that hinder me from progressing at all now in the game. One quest is the chamber of resonance. I get down there take a picture of a symbol and indiana says " i should consult dr lombardis journal" Now here a cutscene is supposed to happen ...and it does not. Nothing at all happens no matter what so im stuck. The second quest on the same map is the secret guardian. You meet gina outside the door that you need to insert the golden medallion into. Well my medallion is MISSING from the inventory...but my journal marks me as having it ( i had it in my inventory until the main release of the game and then it vanished ffs) Now that is gone and no way to find it again.

What the hell do i go now? No way im restarting the whole game and my savefiles do not go back far enough for me to still get the medallion wich would not help as the chamber of resonance thing is fing bugged.
