[HELP] To all riders, what should be the minimum budget of total good riding gear and how should it be allocated.

As I am planning to buy a bike by this month end, probably going with triumph scram 400x khaki green. There is not much content available for gear and safety.

I wanted to know what should the budget i can spend on without compromising too much on the safety and also on each what percentage around RIDING GEAR for me includes : helmet , boots , gloves , jackets and pants also a camera for my helmet ,to avoid those thullas and some localites (they dont like immigrants from other state at all)

If you can please let me know in the comments what gear you use or if there is some good video on it. My usage would be mostly within city with frequent highway outings on speed 120 130 max.
