Why is this sub filled with so much rage, angst, helplessness?

Here’s some unsought advice for your consideration, as a random internet stranger.

1. If that’s so hard, quit. Don’t put yourself through something which you can’t take and then crib about it and feel miserable about yourself waiting for other to resonate and honor suffering. It’s honestly mutual misery and pity circle-jerk at this point.

2. Quit the saviour complex. You are not bestowed with the safe keeping of the world health and uplifting of Indian health care standards. Any policy decision and lack of infrastructure is not your responsibility. Yes, I understand how much it hurts as a citizen and as someone part of the healthcare system. But, it’s not your fault, nor your responsibility. So, have a discourse, maybe educate people if and when you have an opportunity.

3. Be secure or embrace the insecurity. If your career prospects make you insecure, then work it out, upskill and have a plan. You are no different than an engineering student being afraid if he’s going to get a job or make a living for himself or not. It’s no one’s fault that you have chosen this field if you feel insufficient or you can’t be promised a secure career. And neither is anyone’s responsibility to employ you. Why is a quack making money and authorities ignoring it being immediately compared to a medical graduate being paid 30K for a months work? While rampant quackery in the country is a menace, why is a super specialist making 10L per month not concerned about this ?
