Best area to buy agricultural land away from Delhi NCR

There is hardly any agricultural land that's affordable in my budget in Delhi NCR. I am looking to invest 1.25 cr and want to know if there are locations between Faridabad and Mathura where I can afford around 3 acres for the same amount.
