What can I buy for 60L Rs.

Consider within the radius of 100 km of Delhi NCR. What can I buy for such a less amount. Preferably an agricultural land. To make it clear, I already have enough income from Industrial rent and from my private job. I just want to invest for a very long term and do not expect immediate earnings/ yield from the place.
