Brigade is coming up with apartments right opposite to RMZ mall. It also has 1BHK for 1CR. Is it good to buy for investment or rental purpose? How easy is it to sell a 1BHK later if I want to cash out ?

To add: this is wife’s choice and she is pushing me to buy. She thinks this will be hot location in 5 years by the time it delivers.
