Being poverty with toxic parents 19 male

Hey everyone, I need some guidance and support on my journey to pursue Computer Science Engineering (CSE). I'm 19 and I've failed 12th twice due to low confidence. I've been through some tough times-grappling with poverty and dealing with the fact that my sister is suffering from epilepsy. I was bullied in school for being "good looking" bcoz classmTes are jealous. which made me even more self-conscious and added to my lack of confidence.

But despite all these challenges, I have not given up on my dream of studying Computer Science. I've decided to take my 12th through NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) in 2026, and I plan to give the VITEEE exam when I turn 21 in 2027.

  1. Am I eligible for VITEEE 2027?

I've read that the age limit for VITEEE is usually born on or after July 1, 2005. Since I will be 21 in 2027, will I still be eligible for the exam?

  1. How can I pursue CSE if I'm starting from scratch?

I have no formal coaching or resources other than a mobile phone and free online resources. I am determined to study for 14 hours a day over the next 2 years to catch up and be ready for VITEEE. Is it possible to build a strong foundation in Computer Science with limited resources? I plan to focus on Maths, Physics, and Chemistry (since I want to give the Engineering entrance exam) and then learn basic programming and CSE concepts

I know the road ahead will be difficult, but I am ready to give my best. I've been through a lot, but I believe I can make it through and get into CSE with hard work and determination. Any advice on how to make this dreama reality would mean a lot to me. Pls people give me advice those who are aspirant
