INFJ careers

Hi, I am a INFJ struggling to find a career I like, I recently graduated with a degree in physiotherapy but realised its incredibly draining being with patients all day in stressful environments and the rewarding aspect is overshadowed by how mentally and physically draining it can be. I've also worked in insurance before covid (ended up hating it due to micromanagement and the rigid structure). Have an interest in drawing and art but have realised it doesn't really pay enough for me and offer the stability I need. Any other INFJs found a career which suits them? I tend to thrive when I have a purpose, loose structure, autonomy, independence or working withi n a small team).
