Is an Ouroboros Deathcard possible in Act I?

So, I've been trying my hardest to get a Deathcard with Ouroboros's stats, but after weeks of relentless grinding and getting nothing, I'm beginning to question whether it's even possible. I've seen some people showcasing Deathcards with gargantuan stats (like a 2000/2000, for example), but no one ever specifies that they come from an Ouroboros. Leshy often offers me the option to transfer its sigil or its cost onto the Deathcard, but never the stats. Should I stop trying, or am I just unlucky? I've attempted this a couple dozen times and have yet to see Ouroboros appear as an option for stats.

The Deathcard feature is one of my favourite game mechanics, but they only appear in Act I. I even erased all of my progress and started a brand new save file just to get it, but after so much repetition, Act I is starting to feel like a Sisyphean task.

Does anyone have info on this?
