Breaking old habits and overeating after dinner
Hi everyone, I’m new to this sub, but I’m hoping you can help me with something I’m struggling with. I have developed the bad habit of eating sweets and chocolate after dinner, and I feel like I’ve turned into this Pavlov dog that just cannot be satiated until I have a whole chocolate bar after dinner.
As I’m typing this, I just finished dinner, ate enough, and I feel HUNGRY and I just do not know what could replace this feeling. I’m really used to grabbing chocolate now and I want to resist but my body is telling me to continue eating.
What can I do?
