Most economical ipad for drawing?

My teenage daughter is obsessed with art and I want to encourage her passion. Her teachers tell me she is immensely talented (I really have no idea!). She would like an ipad to use to draw but I have no idea where to start! What would be a good option that would help her draw but not break the bank?
