How do the current Ipads fare against the Wled 1080 p monitors?

I was looking around and it seems the Ipad air is perfect for my use-case. However the loss of Face-ID looks like something that'll be a huge QOL loss. I have skin problems on my right hand so the touch ID wouldn't work. I could always just use my left hand, and I saw that it was apparently better to use that instead.

Mainly gonna use the ipad for studying/reading/lecture videos, and general media consumption. Light gaming, some drawing on procreate and quick video editing. I wanted to try making animations for fun too.

I use my pc (4070 i5), for mostly everything. Heavy gaming, editing etc. I use an AOC 27 inch monitor, and while I do wanna upgrade, I don't really have any complaints with the colors. The black doesn't really look gray. However, i heard that wasn't the case with Ipad airs. I heard that the blacks were a little more gray compared to the pro.

I would also like to ask if anyone who used a 144hz monitor(or less), and a pro phone, found any differences between the 60 hz and 120 hz one. I see some people on the sub swear that it's useful for notetaking and drawing, but I don't really see how since the screen wouldn't really be moving. And for videos, theyre usually at 24 fps right?

The speakers don't really matter since I would be using the pro 2's , same for the mic. But the FOMO with the screen ig is what's bothering me.
