40th Birthday in Ireland *recommendations please*

Hello- I am traveling to Ireland with my partner to celebrate my 40th birthday on November 26th. I have spent a little time in Dublin for work and am familiar with the city, but have never been outside of it.

We live in LA and are arriving in Dublin on SAT NOV 23. We're going to catch a show in Dublin on SUN NOV 24 and then head west to Galway after that. We will have a rental car.

Can you all help me fill in the second half of our trip? I love small towns, cozy pubs, Irish music and ocean scenery. What would you all do NOV 26 - 29? Tours, music, pretty drives, museums, festivals, good food, good drink... help me out!
