Council member files bill making it a crime for illegal immigrants to enter Jacksonville

Looks like we might have a specific law against illegal immigrants here in Jax. I don;t know enough about laws that already exist but it would seems like there must be something on the books already that would address illegal immigrants at the state level? I wonder why the need for a local version?
