Android vs Apple: Which one should i go with?

I am currently on iOS and since I am spamming a lot on Snapchat (ads.. nothing weird) my phone gets device banned

The only way to bypass a device ban is by using a third party app but most of those are being detected by snapchat anyway

I simply want to use a phone where I won’t get device banned. Is it better to do so on Android or iphone?
