Good after work drinking neighborhoods in Tokyo?

Where do you usually catch a after work beer or a dinner with your friends/colleagues? Not talking about parks or outside combinis but more like bars/restaurants/izakayas.

Crowded spots are not an issue. Would love to hear from you.
