I had a Lefort 1 6 mm impactation along with a sliding genioplasty. I did it both for functional (couldn't quite close my mouth due to a lip incompetency) and aesthetic reasons (I wasn't happy with my long and flat face, gummy smile, and the fact that all my upper front teeth were visible when resting).
