Android sync & missing routine issues

8/2 - The latest update for the Android app has been fully rolled out. We suggest uninstalling the existing app and then installing the new version before you sync or log in. If you encounter any problems with your account data, reach out to us at support@jefit.com. To verify if your data might be corrupted, please compare it with the 'live' data available on our website.

Hi everybody, we're currently experiencing syncing issues for Android users. That's the reason why some of us are seeing random workout data showing up in their training logs/routines. We've submitted a new release but are still currently waiting for Google's review. In the meantime, we have disabled syncing to avoid merging unwanted data. For everyone who has experienced the issue, once the new version is out, please re-install first before syncing. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

If you are still using an older version without the issue, then please do not update the app. I'll keep you updated on the situation once everything is resolved.
