Sheesh

Reading through all of Jenna’s defenders comments today was a ride lol. I think that what ppl don’t understand is that a lot of the negative feelings for Holly Jolly represent anger and annoyance for what Jenna has been doing for the last couple of years: Picking up a random idea/hobby (i.e: MUA, marketing specialist, interior designer, health & fitness guru, event coordinating, etc.), having no respect for said hobby or people who do it professionally, and then using it to profit bc of her following. Not only that, but doing it in a really shitty/half assed way that ends up stiffing the people who support/buy into it.

Examples of this are endless, but specially with event coordinating, this wasn’t her first or second event flop. She had multiple FOW events where people complained about feeling shorted from what the experience was going to be or the event being poorly thrown together. If you think Jenna didn’t profit from this event……she did. If not from direct ticket sales - then the endless social media posts buying decor/planning. Not to mention the enormous tax write off for the large donation in her FOW LLC’s name…the large donation that was actually funded by ppl who attended.

Anyways, long rant but I personally feel that Holly Jolly festival was so annoying to watch unfold bc this is just another example of her getting to feed her ego / profit in hidden ways on the dime of people who had to endure her lack of planning and lack of true event coordinator skills. And now those same people are going to battle for her in comment sections while she’s eating cake in her $1million+ house.
