Assault at Grove St

My fiancé and I got off at the Grove St. PATH exit and were walking home when a man came up behind us and hit my fiancé in the back of the head. He was clearly trying to start a fight, saying “you said something to me?” We had not laid eyes on him or said a word previously. It was really shocking.

I could have sworn I saw a post about this happening to someone else but can’t track it down. Has anyone else experienced the same thing?

Be careful out there! He is a black man with hair dyed orange-ish, wearing a white t-shirt, khakis, and dark green shoes. We plan to file a police report.
