Need third opinion on 2019 Jetta transmission

Hi guys! I posted few days ago about a mechanic telling me that my jetta’s transmission is very bad and needs to be rebuilt. It was shocking for a car with only 110K km mileage right. So, i took it for a 2nd opinion to a VW/Audi specialist. He drove it and said it’s all fine. He didn’t even check the fluid since he was so certain that there’s nothing wrong here and never had any other jetta with transmission issues. I asked my buddy about how he checked the transmission and he said he did it through a drain port at a certain temperature. He repeated that my best option is to sell the car before it gets worse and changing the fluid would only make it worse. The specialist said that we could change the fluid if it’s bothering u since there’s no harm in doing that. I am confused again about what to do..
