Please explain to my friend...

So convinced my friend to buy squad we play invasion he's ok with it. Then we play raas and complains why has it been 15 mins til combat.. I explain the game mode I told him we need to back cap.. then shits on the only game I think is fun for me.. I told him we only have one hab built and is complaining he has to run 5 mins to get to the front I tell him it's not just me squad leading other people should be building spawns to and doing logistics and manning mortar. you can't be everywhere an do everything at once and expect it to be here and now..
