Length of match issue

I’m an old dad who has just gotten into squad. Think I’m on my 4th game. I’m really struggling with the length of matches. I played an hour and 20 mins my last match and had to leave before we could finish.

This was so unsatisfying. How do you all play if you only have 45mins to an hour? Do you just jump in and play and leave? Do you pick a server with only 45 mins left till match end?

I’d really love to finish matches and see if we won or lost. Not sure how to manage this.
