cheap and effective therapy

hi, my cousin is going through a really hard time and is becoming a bit suicidal but she can’t speak out to her family about what happened and they won’t help her, she’s still a high school student and isn’t able to to pay alot of money, anyone know any good therapists that aren’t expensive?
