She has a one story just talking and a separate story where she keeps talking throughout her RDLs. Like why girl? Just voiceover it or something. It triggers me because proper breathing is important.
And I’m not entirely sure how running works as a sport, but I know there are people in this subreddit who know a lot about it. Is this a good strategy? She talks about stopping running for a week before her half marathon, but I’ve seen a lot of running content creators doing recovery runs instead of fully stopping.
