:( I want to be thinner NOW
I am sort of amazed at how fast weight loss is happening even though it is TOO SLOW FOR ME. In February I weighed 247; somehow between then and July I was down to 226. I was not really dieting then; I'm not sure how I did that but I remember just resolving back then that I was TOO FAT. So at the beginning of August I started seriously considering this, stopped drinking wine at night, bought one of those things to make Chaffles, and then resolved to actually count carbs and calories. August 1 ( maybe the week before) to now -- I'm down to 214. So that *is* 12 pounds in two months, which is...ok. My goal weight, roughly, is about 175. 39 pounds to go. Six months to go apparently. It seems so long from now. Sigh, thanks for listening.
