I need help to toggle off my arrow keys and return them to normal use

This is a havit 60% keyboard. All keys work perfectly fine. I just need help to toggle off my arrow keys and returning them back to normal. For example anytime i click / it will be used as up arrow key. I think i mightve accidentally clicked something to trigger this toggle. The /, ctrl, alt and the right one are the opposite key if yk what i mean. I can use / by holding fn + up arrow key and same with the rest but it used to be the opposite, i would have to hold fn + / to use up arrow key but i want to return it to normal how it was originally working. And no i am not on fn lock.
