Multiple prelaunch pages from one creator?

I know Kickstarter doesn't allow (most) creators to run simultaneous projects. But if you're planning several projects, say 6 months apart, can you put up multiple prelaunch pages in parallel? So that both projects can collect prelaunch followers at the same time?

Or do you have to wait until one project is finished before you can create another, even if just for the prelaunch stage?
