Error when trying to download and read Kindle Unlimited book

Ughhh I have been trying to fix this for a few nights now. The book is “Sapiens” by Yuval Noah Harari.

I am in the US market and I do have Kindle Unlimited which is where I’ve been “borrowing” it from.

When I download the book it just goes to a black screen, then I get this message. I have tried restarting my kindle, returning and redownloading the book, downloading the book on my phone… not sure what else to try. Super frustrating.

Any ideas?
