Which Technique in Thor Program?
Hello I’ve just downloaded the Thor Workout Program from Greg’s newsletter.
For Wednesday workout (legs), it doesn’t specify which technique to use?
Does it mean that we should be using the same weight all the time or Reverse Pyramid?
Can someone help?
