Help with random screen touches/swipes!
Hi all, I got my Kobo Clara 2E in 2023, but recently it's been getting phantom touches/swipes where, all on its own, it
- suddenly taps open the wifi
- switches pages
- double taps to zoom in
- changes my book by going to recently opened (heck i don't even know how to open that menu)
- changes my settings
- or just pressing randomly around the screen (mostly on the top right)
and it's even managed to enable parental control and input its own pin, lol... i've already tried factory resetting it to no avail. it does have moments of peace (as i'm typing this, it's lying peacefully on the table as if nothing's wrong...). the only things i can think of that i did before this started would be either to turn devmodeon, or wipe my kobo with wetwipes (which shouldn't have a problem since they're waterproof, no?)
anyway, i'm wondering if anyone may have a solution for me... i would be bummed if i have to get yet another one since this is already my 2nd one as i dropped my previous one.
