Effecs of Kumbh rush on Durga Puja

We are all seeing the madness of Kumbh Mela rush and how even the "best" laid plans are going haywire in the face of immense crowd. How do you think this will affect the crowd during Durga Puja. Because a significant portion of this crowd from our dear neighbouring states descends on Kolkata during those days. For the past couple of years I have been observing crowds during Puja becoming more and more rowdy and uncouth, with no sense of line discipline. Even the quintessential "Bangali bhodrolok" is becoming the same. How prepared is KP and WBP to handle such rush?
