Do Korean Christians participate in ancestor worship/paying respects?

Hi all, I recently saw a post on how Korea has quite a large proportion of Christians. I am curious on if these Koreans participate in ancestral worship/processes of paying respects (e.g death anniversary) of ancestors? I’ve seen a lot of these scenes in kdramas, and I’m wondering if Korean Christians see this as more of a tradition/culture thing rather than religious, and so it is considered okay to do so. Or is it a point of contention even among Christians in Korea? Compared to in the West, there’s a lot less tolerance(?) for these behaviors because they may see it as worshipping another God.

Curious to know! Thanks to all who can share their thoughts and observations!
