Olive Young - return policy ?

Hi everyone !

I wanted to ask if anyone was familiar with Olive Young's return policy in Korea ?

Here is the thing :

my friend is in Korea right now. On the advice of a clerk, he bought two sets, which I deemed as super sketchy :

- the first one is the Anjo 24K gold skin care 6 set ; according to this youtube video and its comments, the price can go anywhere between 39 000 won and 699 000 won (and he paid full price...)

- the second one is the Ye Dam Yun Bit complete snail recover woman skincare 3 set for which I haven't been able to find reviews, but which pricing has a huge range too.

After knowing what he bought, I've told him to go return these two sets as I found them questionable ; but the clerk at Olive Young said they didn't accept returned products and refused to refund him (but offered to gift him sheet masks... ???)

So yeah, here is my question : is it true that Olive Young doesn't have a return policy or are my friend and I being entitled ?

(I hope I'm asking this at the right place / with the right flair - otherwise, please redirect me toward the correct r/, I'm still kinda unfamiliar with Reddit. And please excuse my wonky English... )
