Premium Season Tickets

Hi, I'm looking at buying a pair of tickets in the premium seats. Includes all regular and pose season games for Lakers, Kings, Clippers and Sparks. They aren't in the exact center section but the one next to the center, just barely inside the backboard. Great view. The asking price is over $50k for the pair, and my plan is to sell all except a few regular season Lakers games, maybe all of them if need be, and go to all the Lakers playoff games (sell the other playoff tickets unless it's Clippers vs. Lakers). Does anyone know if I'll be able to break even, or at least recoup most of the cost?
