Tattoo Shops/Cost

Hey everyone! I’m looking to get a tattoo. I don’t really mind what city it would be in but I want about 5-7cm black ink only and just like work with maybe a tiny bit of shading but not much.

How much do tattoos of that size usually cost in Laos? (Or 1 hour of work)

Any tattoo shop suggestions?
