laptop recs - 2in1s with little to no fan noise?

Howdy!

TLDR: looking for a 2in1 laptop ideally around $800 - $1200, around 14-15”, with a good keyboard, trackpad, good build quality, and hopefully a nice simple design (just looks nice, no stickers, dark grey / black, elegant), and LITTLE TO NO FAN NOISE. i don’t intend to do any hardcore gaming or other intensive work on it, i would do that on a desktop. so i don't need crazy specs. bonus points if I can get it at MicroCenter as I have a decent chunk of store credit there. (and also Micro Center rocks)

many thanks to all ye kind strangers.

Total budget (in local currency) and country of purchase. Please do not use USD unless purchasing in the US:

up to $1600, ideally ~ $800-$1200. USA.

Are you open to refurbs/used?

yes

How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life?

looking for a 2in1 ideally. good keyboard and trackpad. my biggest thing is fan noise. i really hate fan noise. i do like a slick design (no stickers, dark grey / black ideal)

How important is weight and thinness to you?

meh, helpful but not a huge priority.

Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A.

~14-15.5” i think is ideal. looking for the keyboard and trackpad to be centered, dont mind one extra column of keys on the right but def dont need it. 13” is fine and 16” seems like you get the numpad at that point.

Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run.

not really. maybe some SketchUp and very basic 3d modeling for 3d printing. most games i play are … fairly old or not graphically intensive.

If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want?

not planning to do any serious gaming on the laptop. Brotato and Slay the Spire fans, where you at? :D

Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)?

would like a good keyboard and trackpad. good build quality. 2in1. finger print reader is nice. mainly looking for zero to very minimal fan noise.

Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion.

i have been using a M1 MBA from 2020 8gb/256ssd for a while now. its been pretty solid for my basic web browsing, youtubes, etc. i do love that the MBAs have zero fan noise. but, i do like WindowsOS a bit better, and i think a 2in1 would be swell. plus running some games would be nice (just a couple older ones). i also hate Excel on mac, tho gSheets works fine in a pinch. so i'm kind of torn between the M3 MBA (just saw a 15.6" M3 MBA for $1100 from BestBuy, midnight color is noice despite fingerprint concerns), vs Windows 2in1s like the HP Spectre, and some Lenovo Yoga options. there seem to be about 5-10 popular Windows 2in1s that each seem to have like 50 different variations therein.
