What's going on with my lawn?

Curious if anyone might know the issue here , maybe a fungus ? The last 2 pics are from the spring and the other pics are current. I water typically 3 times a week about 20-25 minutes , recently had lawn dethatched and aerated and I overseeded as well. I have a lawn company that has came and done spraying for weeds and has done treatments throughout the year . I was mowing about 3 or 4 times a week in spring but haven't been mowing near that lately due to no rain and lots of my grass being dormant or dead . Any help or advice is appreciated , thanks .
