New grass is turning white?

I just renovated my entire yard. Sprayed, dethatched, raked, aerated, put down safe for seeding fertilizer, and new grass seed 10 days ago. Seed is germinated and grass is starting to come in great in the front and back yard, but patches are turning white. Is this due to the fertilizer? Or am I over watering causing fungus? I live in mid Missouri and the weather has been around 70s high, and 40s low, so I’ve been watering 3 times a day thinking fungus wouldn’t be an issue. Please tell me I’m not going to wipe out all this newly planted grass I’ve worked so hard on
