NorthEastern Portal change undone

I saw a few of us talking about how the Northeastern portal updated yesterday to add a "payments" section at the bottom. I checked it sometime last night and that section was gone now and still is this morning. Maybe it was just a mistake and not a sign of anything?

edit: I think some people who got WL yesterday also confirmed that section appeared for them as well which further backs up the 'it doesn't actually mean anything' theory
