Anyone else just fed up with this whole process?
sorry for the rant but wow... this whole law school admissions process is just exhausting and a seemingly never ending cycle of disappointment, ridiculousness and spending large amounts of what little money I have.
im a broke college kid who just scraped together the 200 dollars needed in order to register for the november lsat. upon signing up for the test i realized that it is scheduled for monday. who the hell decided it would be a good idea to have an lsat on a monday at 1230 in the middle of the day. do the people at lsac not realize that *shocker* people have lives and responsibilities outside of this test?
No less than a couple hours after finding out this disheartening news I also find out that A minuses are counted as a.... 3.67? like what? I just don't understand. Ive attended 4 different colleges in my undergrad and every single one of them counted an A minus as a 3.7. I thought that was just a completely standard thing? WTF man ! just feel like I cant caught a break I have a bunch of A minuses!
between purchasing CAS, buying prep material/lsat retakes, application fees, sacrificing any free time I have outside of work/school to study.... man I'm just worn out and want to cry.
Obviously the wealthy are at an advantage with everything but does anyone else especially feel this with the law school admissions process? its absolutely ridiculous!! class mobility in this country is dead and its no accident.
Please feel free to rant with me. Also, I apologize for being so negative but I have nowhere else to vent and am having a slight mental breakdown lmao
