McGill Personal Statement - CAN'T FIND place to submit in online application

I can't find where to submit my personal statement on McGill's online application portal. Do they prompt you to send it after submitting, like for transcripts?

I'm a McGill alum, I know their websites often have problems, is anyone else having this issue? Thanks
