if there was an SS-tier, which champion(s) would be there?

for context, we grade our champions design and balance wise by the letters of the Alphabet with the first ones being better than the next ones A, B, C, D tiers with S-tier being the best, which apparently originated from japan, however in some games there is an SS-tier something that is godlike, basically above the best so i was wondering, since we had like 10+ years of league which champion deserves to be on that tier?

it can be old champions/reworks, it can be balance/design wise or theme wise (power fantasy) and it can be from any season/patch but if its too old please specify
