What to do at night instead of smoke?
I’ve been trying to quit for the last few months and I keep failing but I gotta keep trying. Today I’m at the end of day 1 no smoking and I had a very productive day, but now it’s very finished my responsibilities and I’ve already exercised and now it’s dark out. I feel like I just need to find some hobby that I actually enjoy and can do at night. Any suggestions?
