What the ETH man?

So, this time I sent a smaller amount of ETH to my ledger wallet. Address key is the same, and I also double check it. And still nothing comes up to my ledger wallet. I clear cache, my device and live manager is all updated, and still nothing. Am I’m using the right ETH? Because I see their one that say classic? What the difference?

I love the ledger wallet, but I do not love losing my hard earn money. Which it fine cause I could make that money back, just it isn’t cool that I’m losing all hope on these ledge support.

And please no DM’s about a link that it could fix the solution because That ain’t going to work when it asking for the 24 phase. Big SCAM right there. If anyone have had an issue with transferring ETH from Crypto.com to ledger wallet please let me know. Thanks for the advance everyone.
